May Adventures Take 1

The first day of May we had beautiful weather.  We got the kids together at my friends Sarah's house and let them splish splash in the kiddy pool and chase each other with water guns.  Oh they had a blast...

 

In case your wondering, or maybe didn't even notice, yes Sabrina is not wearing pants...It was planned to be just a play date with water guns but it was so nice we busted out the pool and I let her play in her undies so we would have something dry to go home in...

Christina enjoyed the fresh air and stretching out on the blanket.

We decided to do an herb garden this year and also grow some peppers.  Brian built a planter to fit under our kitchen window.  Sabrina helped.

As the weather continued to warm we thought it would be nice to take the girls to the Zoo.  It's a small zoo in our small town but to the eyes of a 3 year old it was a fun big place.

The roosters we pretty loud near the petting zoo...Sabrina kept plugging her ears.

This Mothers day I was blessed to spend the day with my wonderful husband and two beautiful daughters.  It was a relaxing day spent with the ones I love!

 

Sabrina slowly is learning to ride her bike.  She's a bit scared to ride it outdoors but has fun practicing in the house.  It was a very cold day when we attempted to ride it in the pictures below.

This month we gave Christina her first full bath.  Sabrina really enjoyed helping.

And this is Christina...She's a bit chubbier than her sister was but they still look pretty similar to me.

We had a follow up to Christina's surgery this month in Syracuse.  Brian was flying that day so I decided to make a day of it and took the girls to the mall.  Christina rode the carousel for the first time and Sabrina rode on one of the horses for the first time.  Oh I wish I was a kid again...

We had more warm weather  so it was off to the splash pad for fun...

Sabrina and her best friend Eva. Unfortunately Army life is going to separate these two partners in crime. Eva's moving next month...We're going to miss her & her mom. They are great friends to us both.
